Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of every month at: Tempe Transportation Building , and are approximately two hours in length beginning at 7:00pm and ending at 9:00pm, followed by a social hour(s) at a local restaurant. You may park in the public parking located under the building across the street, or along the street itself. Public parking in the lot is free for the first hour, but in many cases it’s been free even after an hour.
Note that we do NOT meet November or December because of the holidays.
PHP is a widely-used general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for Web development and can be embedded into HTML. For more information about PHP please visit www.php.net.
The goal of this group is to bring PHP users in an informal atmosphere to share information. Meetings are held once per month; each meeting includes a “Beginner” presentation and an “Advanced” presentation. The “Beginner” presentation is geared toward those users who are just starting out with PHP–allowing these users to ask questions and garner the knowledge of the more experienced users in the group. The “Advanced” presentation is geared towards those who have been using PHP for a longer period of time and will focus on a topic that may not be well known or understand by all users.
